Privacy at Ashfell Farm Short, because we collect little.
This site uses no analytics tools and no tracking cookies. Apart from the technical details every web host handles (see Hosting), it collects only what you type into its forms, and it sends your enquiry to the barn by email.

What the enquiry form collects
Your name, your phone number, your email address if you give it, what you're interested in, anything you write about the rider or horse, and the days and times that suit you.
How it reaches us
When you press Send request, your answers go to the barn by email, through Cloudflare, the company that hosts this site. The website itself keeps no copy. The email is kept in the barn's Gmail inbox, provided by Google, so we can reply to you.

What this site doesn't do
No analytics tools. No tracking cookies. No advertising. No embedded maps or videos. The Directions link opens Google Maps, and Google's own privacy policy applies there.
Hosting
Cloudflare hosts this site. Like any web host, it handles technical information such as your IP address to deliver the pages and to protect the site from abuse. The site also uses your IP address briefly to limit repeated sends of its forms.

Online payments, such as monthly board, are handled by Stripe. When you pay online, your card or bank details go to Stripe, not to this website. Lessons can also be paid at the barn.
